How it works

Find your style

Every window opens differently. Try them.

Tap a window to see how it works. The style you choose decides how much air you get, how easy it is to clean, and what it does to the look of the house.

Casement

Swings out on side hinges

Opens along its full height to catch the breeze, then presses tight against the frame when it closes.

Awning

Hinged at the top, tilts outward

The open sash makes a small roof, so it can stay cracked open through a light rain.

Double-hung

Both sashes slide up and down

Classic proportions that open from the top, the bottom, or both. Many models tilt in for easy cleaning.

Slider

One sash glides sideways

Nothing swings in or out, so sliders work where a sash would hit a walkway, deck or furniture.

How it works

From first call to final clean-up.

Four steps, and you always know which one you are on.

  1. Tell us about the job

Call or send the quote form with a few details about the windows or doors you want to replace.

  2. We measure on site

We visit, measure every opening, and talk through styles, glass and finishes with you.

  3. You get a written quote

A clear quote that spells out what is included. Once you approve it, we order and book the install.

  4. Install and clean-up

Old units out, new ones in, sealed and trimmed, and the house left the way we found it.

How we work

The details you don't see are the ones that matter.

Most drafty windows aren't bad windows. They were installed badly. Here is what we do on every job so yours aren't.

Measured, not guessed

Every opening is measured on site before anything is ordered, so the new unit fits the hole it is going into.

Sealed properly

We insulate, flash and seal around every unit, because that gap is where drafts and leaks start.

Straight answers

A written quote that says what is included, and no pressure to decide on the spot.

Clean when we leave

Old windows and doors hauled away, and floors and sills left the way we found them.

Ready when you are.

Tell us what you are replacing, whether it is one front door or every window in the house, and we will set up a time to measure.
